ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Ubisoft ("Sponsor"), Renegade LLC, Chrysler LLC and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, officers, directors, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies and Project Support Team, Inc. ("Administrator") (collectively, the "Released Parties") and any such individual's immediate family members (including mother, father, sister, brother, child or spouse, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their households (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsors' and judge's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: There are two (2) methods of entry: ENTRY METHOD #1: Individuals who attend the 2008 Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle, Washington between 8/29/08 and 8/31/08 may visit the designated booth and obtain an entry by completing/submitting the provided entry form (while supplies last). All required information on the entry form must be completed accurately and legibly to be included in this Promotion. Information about the 2008 Penny Arcade Expo is available online at www.pennyarcadeexpo.com. ENTRY METHOD #2: During the period 8/28/08 (11:59:59 AM Pacific Time ("PT")) to 10/24/08 (11:59:59 AM PT) (the "Promotion Period"), visit www.ENLIST4HELL.com and complete/submit the online entry form. All required fields on the entry form must be completed accurately and completely. There is a limit of one entry per person and per email address for the entire duration of the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries from any one person or email address using any entry method beyond the first entry will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on email address submitted on the online entry form, online entry will be will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry and he/she must be eligible per these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. A potential winner may be required to provide the Released Parties with proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Entries may be made only in accordance with the methods described above. Regardless of the entry method, all entries become property of the Released Parties and will not be acknowledged or returned. The use of automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of entry, including but not limited to entries submitted using any bot, script, macro, form-completion software or online sweepstakes service) to enter is prohibited. If the Released Parties, at their sole discretion, determine that any entrant has used any automated or other such method to enter, all entries from that entrant will be void and any prize(s) won by that entrant will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Additionally, any further attempts to enter by the suspect entrant at issue may be blocked. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen, garbled, delayed or mutilated entries, or for lost or stolen entry boxes; or for telephonic, human or computer failures (hardware or software), problems or errors, garbled, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, damaged, garbled or delayed electronic communications, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions, problems or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise, or for typographical, printing or other errors appearing in these Rules or other promotion-related materials, or for any problems or errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic, or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries, or for any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion or downloading any materials in this Promotion. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion will be considered a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Released Parties reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies (including attorneys' fees) from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
DRAWING: (1) potential Grand Prize winner and (20) potential First Prize winners will be randomly selected from amongst all eligible entries received from both entry methods combined on or around 11/4/08. Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period.
PRIZES/ODDS: (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 2008 Jeep Wrangler X 2-Door 4X4 vehicle (Approximate Retail Value "ARV"=$20,205). Grand Prize winner must have proof of valid insurance and valid U.S. driver's license and must take delivery of the vehicle at a car dealership to be determined by the Released Parties. Any options not included in Grand Prize vehicle as awarded are the winner's sole responsibility. Taxes, title, license & registration fees & insurance for Grand Prize vehicle & travel or other costs associated with picking up vehicle at dealership & any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not explicitly stated herein as being awarded will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Color and any other specifics or options of the Grand Prize vehicle shall be determined solely by the Released Parties. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize. (20) First Prizes: The "Brothers In Arms Hell's Highway" video game (ARV=$59.99). First Prizes will be shipped to address specified by each winner on his or her winning entry submission approximately 6-8 weeks after winner confirmation. No transfer, cash redemption or substitution of any prize by winners (unless approved in writing by Sponsor) except that Sponsor may at its discretion substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Limit one (1) prize per person, household or email address. Total combined ARV of all prizes = $21,404.80.
MISCELLANEOUS: The potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by telephone, mail and/or email and required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of date of receipt of documents. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or with these Official Rules may result in disqualification & awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor's discretion. If any prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, such potential winner will be disqualified & an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. If any winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. By entering, all participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects, and further agree that 1.) the Released Parties and their respective designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) their names, cities and states of residence, photographs and/or likenesses for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known worldwide without limitation and without further compensation, permission or notification and 2.) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless from any liability, loss, injury or damage to any participant or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the vehicle) or participation in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries or claims and/or cancel, terminate or suspend any portion of this Promotion should a virus, Trojan Horse, worm, bug, non-authorized human intervention, tampering, fraud, or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Promotion and, in any such event, at its discretion, select the winners from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such termination, suspension or cancellation.
